- Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you submit an enquiry, book a demo, or sign up for a trial
- Payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store card details)
- Communications you send us via email, phone, or our website forms
- Information you provide when using our platform as a customer
Information collected automatically:
- IP address - collected server-side on every form submission for security, fraud prevention, spam detection, and lead attribution. Your IP address is personal data and is handled in accordance with this policy.
- User agent (browser and device information) - collected for security and fraud prevention purposes
- Referrer URL and landing page - collected for attribution and analytics purposes
- UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) - collected to understand how you found us
- Pages visited and interactions on our website via Plausible Analytics (privacy-preserving, no cookies)
Bot protection data:
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile may collect technical signals from your browser to verify you are a human. No personal data is stored by Turnstile beyond the verification challenge. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

- Railway - our cloud hosting provider, where your data is processed and stored in the UK
- Cloudflare - CDN, security, and Turnstile bot protection
- Twilio - telephony provider for AI call handling and SMS
- Anthropic - AI processing provider (call transcripts and AI responses)
- Deepgram - speech-to-text processing during AI calls
- Cartesia - text-to-speech processing during AI calls
- Plausible Analytics - privacy-preserving website analytics (no personal data shared)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data for advertising purposes.
5. International transfers
Some of our subprocessors are based outside the UK and EEA (including the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO, or we rely on adequacy decisions where applicable.
Our core platform data is hosted on Railway infrastructure in UK data centres.
