Is this Ofcom compliant?
Yes. Because Georgia answers the call instantly when a contact picks up, there is no predictive dialler pause and the abandoned call rate is zero. Ofcom compliance is built in by design - not something you need to manage separately.
What happens when a contact is qualified?
Georgia qualifies the contact during the conversation and either books an appointment directly into your team's calendar or performs a warm transfer to a human agent with full context - what was said, what the contact's interest level is, and what the next step should be.
Can I upload my own contact lists?
Yes. Import contacts directly from Pipedrive or upload a CSV. You can segment by any CRM field - industry, location, account status, last contact date - to target the right contacts at the right time.
How do retry rules work?
You configure the maximum number of attempts per contact, the interval between attempts, and the calling hours. Georgia handles the entire retry sequence automatically - attempting at the right times and stopping when she gets through or hits the maximum.
Can I run SMS campaigns too?
Yes. The Campaign Engine supports outbound SMS campaigns alongside voice campaigns. You can run voice-first campaigns with SMS follow-up, or SMS-only sequences - all managed from the same interface.
