Terms of Service

Voxcierge provides an omnichannel AI platform that includes AI voice agents, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, email automation, and live coaching tools for UK businesses. The platform is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice to customers.

To use our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

You agree not to use the Voxcierge platform to:

• Make calls or send messages to individuals who have not consented to be contacted
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including GDPR, PECR, or FCA regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
• Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance on a per-seat basis. Payment is processed via Revolut Business (card/direct debit) for Starter, Business, and Professional tiers, or via bank transfer for Enterprise customers.

Overage charges for usage above your included allowances are calculated and invoiced at the end of each billing period.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT will be added at the applicable rate.

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Starter, Business, and Professional subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days in a billing period.

Enterprise contracts have custom terms as agreed in your order form.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you are a business customer using our platform to process personal data of your own customers, you must enter into a Data Processing Agreement with us. See our DPA.

The Voxcierge platform, including all software, designs, content, and trademarks, is owned by Voxcierge AI Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited licence to use the platform as described herein.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxcierge AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
