Yes. Voxcierge supports full two-way SMS. Customer replies arrive in the unified inbox and are handled by Georgia automatically or routed to a human agent.

Can I send bulk SMS campaigns?

Yes. You can send bulk SMS to contact lists imported from your CRM or uploaded via CSV. Schedule for optimal timing and track delivery, open, and reply rates live.

Does SMS work with our existing phone numbers?

We provision dedicated SMS-enabled UK numbers as part of your setup. Enabling SMS on existing numbers may be possible - speak to our team about your specific requirements.

Is SMS GDPR compliant?

Yes. All SMS interactions are logged with full consent records, and Voxcierge supports opt-out handling automatically. UK data hosting and a Data Processing Agreement are available on all tiers.
